Where things stand: Island Pearl Resort is a game in development and has not launched. These terms cover this website. When the game launches, separate in-game terms will be published and linked from the app stores and the game itself.

Using this site

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; when we do, we'll change the effective date above, and the updated terms apply from that date.

What this site is

This is the official website of a game in development. Descriptions of features, artwork, and plans reflect our design vision and may change before launch. Nothing on this site is a promise of a release date, a feature in the final game, or — despite the name — a real resort, hotel, or travel service. This site takes no bookings and sells no travel.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the text, artwork, the name “Island Pearl Resort,” the site's design, and the game it describes — is the property of SCANAN Legacy LLC (Island Pearl Resort © SCANAN Legacy LLC) or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to this site and quote brief excerpts with credit. Press and creators may use the concept art in the press kit under the usage guidance given there. Any other copying, redistribution, or commercial use needs our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempting to break or disrupt it, no scraping it in bulk, no impersonating SCANAN Legacy LLC or the game, and no using the site or its content for anything unlawful. If you email us, you're responsible for what you send.

The Island List (email updates)

If you join the Island List, you're asking us to email you launch news and development updates about Island Pearl Resort. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click in any email. Joining the list doesn't create an account, reserve an in-game name, or entitle you to any reward. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your email address.

This site may link to third-party sites (for example, app stores at launch). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
